The short version: Piggy is a scraper. That's the whole intention of it. Make scraping of public data easy. How you use it is defined by you. We respond fast on scheduled times.

How you use Piggy is defined by you. We provide the tool. You choose the target.

We are not responsible for:
- How you use the software
- What data you collect
- Any legal consequences of your scraping activities

Scrape responsibly. Be kind to servers. Follow robots.txt.
Scraping Legality Note
Web scraping of public data is not illegal in most jurisdictions.
Courts have consistently ruled that:
- Publicly accessible data is not protected by CFAA
- Scraping is not trespassing
- Information wants to be free
However, some websites may ban your IP. Some may send cease and desist letters. That's between you and them.
We don't provide legal advice. Consult a lawyer if you're unsure.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nothing Ecosystem or Ernest Tech House be liable for any damages arising from your use of our software.
This includes:
- Lost revenue
- IP bans
- Legal fees
- Any other damages
You use the software. You accept the consequences.
Termination
We reserve the right to deny support or access to:
- Abusive users
- Those using the software for illegal purposes
- Those who overwhelm our support channels
We will not revoke your right to use the software. It's open source. Fork it. Use it forever.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Check the "Last Updated" date at the top.
Continued use of our software constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
